who knew that watching ombak rindu on youtube could be so much FUN even when you have so many things to do & errands to run..

I was so pissed off with dude S that I thought that I need to blow off some steam by taking some nap. people who are close to me know that I hardly take afternoon naps.. to me, resting is visiting malls, watching dramas & reading.. when I noticed that ombak rindu is already on youtube (which means it's the DVD is already out.. hehe..), I thought that I'd watch for a few minutes and would soon doze off since I know the whole story (as I've watched it twice at the cinema).

but NOOOOOOO!!!! i had to watch the whole thing and this time, i can really focus on the romantic scenes as there aren't any kids running around, screaming or crying in front of me..

I didn't really like the song THAT MUCH watching it the first two times but now that I've focused on the scenes & really 'listen' to the lyrics of the songs.. they are very inspiring & beautiful.. ehehe..

my favourite song would definitely be 'ombak rindu' but i personally feel that if the guy were to sing it alone, it'd sound nicer.. not a big fan of the girl's voice.. mmm..

I have just finished watching some episodes of Hart of Dixie. A new show for CW. I'd say the show is worth to watch as it's different from other shows who only focus on lives in New York / California. Life's different in Bluebell, Arizona. This show has a mix of drama & medical.

I cannot believe that my favourite character in this show isn't dr Zoe (rachel bilson BTW, she's too skinny in this show!). my favourite character is Lemon Breeland (Jaime King). Her character can be so ANNOYING but I don't despise her. She is so pretty and a natural actress. I like how confident she is even when her arguments are not that strong. I guess that is due to her abandonment issues. She can be manipulative at times. And I like how vulnerable she is especially around Lavon even when she appears to be in control of everything (you have to watch the show to understand better).

P/S: Lemon does wear lots of yellow.

I was in Cambodia for only 2 days. I don't think I could stay there any longer. The weather there somehow reminds me of Auckland during summer and the things are cheap but the transportation system is bad bad bad.

I'd kill myself if I have to ride the tuk tuk again. People there drive like orang gila getting into people's lane suka2. And even when you're in the wrong it's still acceptable to honk at others! And they'd constantly honk! The worst was the six-hour bus ride to HCM! I can't sleep as the driver honks every minute without fail and they decide to honk even when there are no cars around! I feel so proud that Malaysian drivers are more courteous! And as much as I am an impatient driver, I promise to refrain myself from honking!

I have just finished watching some episode of this show ringer. I've been meaning to watch this show for a while now as I LOVE LOVE LOVE Sarah Michelle Gellar in Buffy the Vampire Slayers. However, I didn't watch that many episodes from that series as it used to clash with my 'study time'.

Anyways, in this series, Sarah (we're on first name basis btw =b) stars as twins: Bridget, a former addict and stripper, and Shiobhan a New York society wife. The twins met up after six years and after spending the night together, Shiobhan disappears. Bridget decides to disguise as her twin sister as she is having problems as herself but she realizes that Shiobhan's life isn't all that pretty after all.

This is definitely a different tv show but somehow similar to revenge. I'm easily pleased but I'd give slightly higher marks for the show revenge. hehe.

It's been awhile since I've written a post on tv shows. I've just finished watching the first 8 episodes of the show revenge.

This show is mainly about revenge. Amanda Clarke (Emily VanCamp from brother& sisters who is so beautiful) disguises as Emily Thorne and moved to the Hamptons to destroy those who have destroyed her father.

I put my make up almost everywhere. sometimes, i'd find my lipsticks in my bags, than my powder in my sis room & sometimes things magically disappear under my car seat.. =b

Since my make up could vanish easily, I've decided to collect them & categorise them so that I when I see them, I'd wear them more often...

I have to see them, cause if I don't see them, I'd never use them.. hehe..

oohh.. and i just realized that I only have one blusher & I never like to use it!!

my brushes / eye-liners / mascaras

my lip-glosses, lip balms, lipsticks.. i feel like there are more but can't seem to locate them =b

my make-up basics: powders, foundations, concelears, primers, etc.

my eyeshadows, coloured eye-liners from VS (never seem to know how to wear them =b). hmm.. i need to put more colours on my eyes..

ooohhh and the bobbi brown & VS eye pallete are my makeup saviors.. so many choices & it's a lot cheaper than buying only one shade. (though I've always dream of buying all the colours of eyeshadows.. a girl can only dream...)

now i've add in an entertainment section in my room. since i like to watch TV from my bed. =))

Oh my god! Can you believe it? It's already december.. (such a cliche. i know) I'd love to get excited on thinking of my new year's resolution, wanting to save more money, trying to improve on my time management and eating&living healthily etc.

I think that for this year's resolution, I want to be a better individual by learning to ZIP UP my mouth.

Sometimes, when i could not control my emotions, I would speak my mind without thinking first. That could sometimes get me into trouble & I have learned quite a number of lessons beginning from my teen life to working life.

What I've learned is that all the 'I hate the way she...', 'she's so...', 'I don't like her' could backfire.

I've always known that all these 'he said, she said' can be untrue! (this person hears from that person who heard it from another person and oh god that person could possibly just be making his / her own assumption!)

Gossiping can be FUN but when you are the topic of the gossip, it is not that fun anymore. Everyone has feelings and what's funny / interesting to you may not be the same to the person going through it. After meeting all sorts of people, I have come to realize that everyone has their own reasons in doing something that may be 'wrong' to you. It is really none of our business.

In fact, everyone has their own strengths & weaknesses. Instead of finding others' faults or comparing yourself with others, you should spend time & reflect on your own mistakes. Believe me, that can go on FOREVER.

After this, if I'm really pissed off with someone, I would confide in people whom I really trust and would love me no matter what.

Fatin, this year, please just be NICE =)

P/S: I have to be thinner too as I am getting married. That has got to be on my new year's resolution as well. =b

I Promise Myself

I have been promising myself that I have to read.. I feel so stupid as I have not been reading (as if I read 'smart' books =) )... It's not that I no longer love reading as I do spend a lot on books but I no longer have the drive to spend hours just reading... The books are just as interesting today as it was when I was younger...

I simply miss the moments when I can't wait for exams to be over so that I can read my latest Sweet Valley book or READ them AGAIN!!!

This holiday, I have been trying to read them ( I have more than 30 books that I haven't read yet!! *gasp* & I keep stocking more!!) but as I reach the bookshelf, I would notice how dusty my books are and I'd get distracted with my dressing table that I would be cleaning & throwing stuffs out..

I HAVE TO START READING AGAIN. Urghh.. I think that I should start with my favourite genre of books: Chick Lit!

Can you guess which book would be my first read? hehe..

Brownies

Pfftt.. the title is too predictable...

I've been craving for something sweet & buying some ice creams / cakes would be to easy.. and not CHALLENGING at all.. heheh.. i decide to make my own brownies! hehe..

This recipe is not as easy as the cheesecake as you have to actually BAKE your brownies but it's still doable.. ehehe..

THE INGREDIENTS

Base:

150g digestive biscuits (I used Jacob's wheatmeal)

150 g walnuts

125g unsalted butter, melted

Crush the biscuits & walnuts. Stir the melted butter into the mix. Spread it into your cake dish and set your base!

Brownies:

125g dark chocolate broken into smaller pieces (I just used cadbury cause I never like cooking chocolate.. =b)

75g unsalted butter

400g caster sugar

3 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

150g flour

200g choc chips (i chose the black&white ones)

preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius

melt chocolate gently (hot water bath --> if u were like me thinking that u need to add water & boil it *slaps forehead*, go and google 'hot water bath baking')

Mix butter & sugar. After beating the eggs, mix it with butter & sugar. Pour the melted chocolate & vanilla extract. Pour in the flour & half of the choc chips. Spoon your mix onto the biscuits mix & spread them. Sprinkle the remaining choc chips on top.

my brownies =)

hehe..there was an incident. i do not know how to use the oven at home & i asked my maid to preheat it for me & long story short, there was a fire.. hehe.. we managed to catch it early on so only the top part was burnt and we scraped the burnt layer off.. luckily it turns out okay (at least according to my standards!) hehehe.

the smallest piece ever cause i'm supposed to be on a diet!!!

oohhh.. two weeks ago i made chicken parmigiana.. sounds so fancy but so easy.. hehehe..

sometimes, whenever i'm not doing anything, i like to think of the past. i know living in the past is not a good thing but i like reminiscing on good memories.

this would be one of the boring things that i miss about NZ / uni experience. what i miss the most about 'dating' while mark & i were still students were times when we celebrate our little achievements.

i work better when there's REWARDS / INCENTIVES compared to INTRINSIC MOTIVATION. he knows me so well that whenever he needs me to complete my assignment earlier so that he can refer to it as a 'guide'. i'd usually finish my assignment at least one day prior to the dateline as it'd only take him one whole night to understand the task and complete it. *cough* another similarity with FINA.. hehe..

i never attend classes on days after working SO HARD or during SPECIAL DAYS like raya etc. that's y i hate local unis. abroad, it's okay to attend only half of the lecture without having people to stare at you and the lecturers always upload their notes online! both of us would be too lazy to submit the assignment and usually i'd be the one climbing through the hills to get to the uni to submit our assignments.. sometimes i'd even singgah nab&myto's to submit their assignments as well... just because i never take afternoon naps and i don't sleep late... hehe...

after that i'd usually be glued on my laptop to catch up on my TV series. when mark would wake up he'd bring me to celebrate our achievement my bringing me for late lunch cum dinner and if it's not to late he would allow me to enter as many stores as i want on queen street.. (FYI, he always wants me to PLAN my shopping!!! he needs to understand that i would only realise the things that I NEED when I'm in the shopping mall / street).. hehe...

oh and if it's to late, he'd bring me to FOODTOWN as I love to go through the products and read magazines there..

Because of the Big Bad Wolf book sale, I have bought a lot of recipe books.. I thought that this Cheesecake In A Glass recipe is very simple & doable for a lazy person like me.. =b But instead of using fancy martini glasses like nigella, I just used ramekins..

the recipe that i managed to find online... hehe.. but i didn't do any measuring as i'm too lazy to do so..

my chopped strawberries... hehe.. it doesn't look so pretty..

my shortbread biscuits... i simply used my own fingers to crush them =b

distributed the crumbs equally into each ramekin...

the mixture of cream cheese, whipped cream, lemon juice, vanilla extract & icing sugar...

distributed the cream cheese equally...

and finally top it with the chopped strawberries!!

i'm so doing it in a glass next time.. but it's so so so simple and delicious!!!

hello!

okay since i'm busy with the first stage of preparing for my wedding, i simply cannot decide what type of wedding ring that i want. i don't want to be one of those people who would just buy all the rings that they like and would make their fingers look like orang gila.. batu merah sini batu putih sana.. if you get what i mean..

my engagement ring is a diamond ring and many people feel that it's too much for an engagement ring..

for example, kate (yes.. we are already on first name basis).. haha.. mesti nak compare ngan somebody famous.. her engagement ring is a sapphire ring while her wedding ring is just a plain wedding band..

so i decide to do some research.. haha..

it turns out, that i am doing the right thing!!! haha..

i've just bought the latest issue of glam magazine.. while i was going through the events section, i can't help but notice how gorgeous norjuma is. i used to like her when she was a tv host but at that time i couldn't be bothered by her style & poise. there aren't much pictures of her on the internet but i like the way she wears her hijab. it's so simple and practical. when i choose to wear it one day, i would definitely want to wear it in her style. (kalaulahhh kurus mcm die!)

man.. i love this kebaya!! tiba2 nk buat mcm ni satuuu! haha. actually i have this kind of batik from a friend who bought it in indo but the tailor made it so big!!!

oh yeah.. i learned that she was 105kg & got back to 58kg by just eating sayur rebus for 6 months! sayur rebussss?????? seriously????? i have limited choices of veges that i like!!!!!!

The Lying Game

This whole day, I thought of doing school related stuffs but since this is a mini break, I decided to watch The Lying Game the whole day. After watching Episode 1, I was already itching for more.

Sara Shepard is a genius writer! <-- she wrote Pretty Little Liars.. even though I'm a little bit too old to be reading / watching her work, i can't help but enjoy them. I finish the whole entire season in one day...

This actress reminds me of the character Marissa Cooper from The O.C. although she looks similar to Elena from the Vampire Diaries. Guess now brunette girls are so in. (FYI, I love brunettes).

The synopsis:

'Two identical sisters are dealt two very different hands in life. Emma is an orphan who got passed from foster home to foster home. Sutton is a charmed teen who got adopted by a wealthy family in Arizona. When Emma can no longer stand her current living situation, she sets up a meeting with Sutton. Only the arrival isn't quite the reunion she imagined, as Sutton immediately convinces her to trade places, so she can follow a lead on their birth mother.

Emma has limited options, considering she was running from Social Services. She reluctantly agrees. With new clothes and a new car, she heads off as Sutton. Sutton, meanwhile, tells her that everything she needs to know is on her laptop. Too bad a burglar swiped that at the conclusion of the pilot.

Emma handles the transition awkwardly, but fairly well, given the circumstances. After all, Sutton tells her it would only be two days until they could switch back... but then she fails to show up. i made such a stooooppiiiddd mistake... i'm so angry at myself.. as some of you may know, my laptop is broken. but my hard disk is finnneeeee.. i was so happy with that.. WASSSS... i just need to get the external case.. so i went to another shop to get the case and feeling very lazy to do anything as the salesperson said that could not open it, he asked me to format it and i sort of forced him to do it (i didn't tell him that my external is from a MACBOOK) *slaps forehead* you can't open a macbook harddisk on a windows laptop... urghhhh!!! i am so stress thinking of all my teaching materials that have been deleted.. there's just sooo soo sooo many teaching materials!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hello! i thought that i'd blog more often but time isn't always on my side. so since tuesday last week, i have been in kl for a meeting. of my four days there, i went to sephora for four times! on the first day, i went to sephora at starhill and the following three days i was loyal to sephora at KLCC. =b

i bought a lot of sephora bath and body products as i love the musk almond scent (if i'm not mistaken. i couldn't be bothered to check them) . in fact i love it so much that i no longer think of victoria's secret products... at first i bought it to get the free bathtub *slaps forehead* but as i tried them, i love it more and more. they definitely calm me.. hahaha.. and if i have my own place, i will only wash my hands with sephora products.. hahahaha...

as i was there, i have been introduced with soap & glory products... my face is not sensitive to any products but i haven't found a skincare product that makes my skin GLOW like J-Lo!! haha... so i read some good reviews on this label, i made the decision to try some of the products... plus, the products are not pricey at all...

i love the smell of this cleanser!!!

after washing my face with the cleanser, i'd put this on.. after four days of using this, i realize that my pores are shrinking BUT... i wonder whether MAYBE the blackheads are stuck inside?? do you get what i mean??

i really hope that this product works!!! the rave over this product is big but i haven't tried them on as i'm too lazy to get warm water *slaps forehead* kan water heater punye shower WARM... (only now i realize this)

I must have missed blogging so much! haha...I am currently reading this book.. I have just purchased it at the BIG BAD WOLD BOOKSALE!! wootsss... I know it's so 2009 but the book is not that BORING... I feel that the first step to take before the big day is my DIET..I am not reviewing the book as I haven't finished reading it... =b but there are numerous recipes in it..

oohhh and she suggested to take MULTIVITAMIN & Omega-3 fish oil too.. should I? I don't take vitamins I feel that it's about time to get some ( I have a bad habit of not finishing what I start)..

I love COLORS! Deciding on the color palette can be so CHALLENGING as I don't want something that is too bright that it becomes too modern and I don't want to choose colors that are so pale that it may be too boring to the eyes..

apologies for not updating for so long!! the last was kate and william's wedding!!

okay i can't help it no matter how uncool it is i had to watch this movie, i did watch it yesterday. after my meeting, me and my girlfriends went straight to the cinema. i put such high expectations for this movie and sad to say, i was disappointed!!!

why???

1. there were so many conflicts that went on:

a. Aidil's wife passed away (due to an accident cause she was too excited staring at the kite)

b. Adam again lost the baby (after what happened to his second wife's child too)

c. both Nur and Adam went to Jordan and their train met in an accident with a lorry (as if the terrorist attack in Mumbai wasn't enough)

d. after the accident Nur lost the ring and Adam searched for the ring and he met in an accident AGAIN cause he felt pain in his chest!!! (hmpppftttt!)

e. he got checked up @ a hospital in Malaysia and they found that the sharper in his body (which he got during the terrorist attack in Mumbai has touched his heart). He had to find a donor or he'd die.

to sum up this point: this has more tragedies than ROMEO & JULIET!!!

2. i hate hate hate hate the ending

okay fine. adam found his heart donor and he finally see his boy. suddenly out of nowhere Dato Rahim Razali, another unknown actor and afida s (correct me if i'm wrong with the spelling) were much older character of the main casts... why oh why did the put these casts???????? if they had to put those scenes, they have to make the main casts look older. and they had to make ADAM die.. even though it's because of old age ( i felt that they should just end it when ADAM hold his baby.. we want happy ending!!

3. there wasn't enough romantic scenes

people watch malay dramas to get into the romantic scenes. and that is what nur kasih was all about during the series. i also felt that they should have let Aidil meet another girl and let him be happy (even though i hate his character so very much).

4. not enough time to even cry!!!

many people tend to cry a lot watching nur kasih. what i felt about this movie was there wasn't enough time as there were too many conflicts going on!! before you try to get into the emotions of the scene, another scene / conflict will appear. at least i didn't cry. some of my friends did though.

however there were some nice things to talk about:

1. the scenery is picturesque ( i want to go to Jordan!! but i'm afraid of all the tragedies going on there from the movie =b)

2. Tiz Zaqyah is so pretty!! (she really is and she doesn't even have to try too hard or put too much make up)

at least that's what i thought of the movie. some may agree some may agree to disagree =b

I am so GG obsessed. I've been meaning to write this entry for a while now but I keep forgetting. Today, I finally remembered. I love love love the centerpiece in Serena's room @Blair's house. So I googled it thinking that it'd be cheap and something that I could buy *cough*... haha.. It is designed by Paul Villinski and it is made out of crushed beer cans he picked up off the streets in New York. He has this whole range of works centering around butterflies. This particular piece is commissioned for Gossip Girl. Maybe I should do my own DIY. hahaha. when I have the time. any volunteers?

this won't be much of an update. cause i'm plain lazy. i haven't been doing anything 'beneficial' this holiday. hey!! give me a break!! i have not been that lazyyy!!

speaking of holidays, i love miss holly holiday! gwyneth is friggin' awesome in glee! she's so cool and she's singing one of my favourite songssss!

okay i'm such a lazy girl. i wouldn't say that i'm lazy. monday and tuesday i have been so busy in clearing&cleaning the language room (kat rumah malas betul).

and i haven't started reading for my tests and assignments! yes! at UTM there is no such thing as subjects with only assignments or just tests with exams. it has to be 3 in 1. as it is a 'research university'. so you can be a full time or part time students, the amount of workload is just equal. yipeee! *puking* why o why UOA you didn't prepare me as much as UTM does! (sense the sarcasm)

even though i haven't touched my work i feel like it's an accomplishment that i've managed to... *drum roll*... complete my CHECK LIST! yeay to me! ooohh yesss.. i am so rewarding myself after completing the check list: GOSSIP GIRL!!

Where does the teaching part in 'teacher' goes to?

All the supposed to be 'ideal' ideologies of teaching: behaviourist / innatist / interactive and so on....

It's supposed to be ideal. It's supposed to get your students to learn the second language as much as they possibly can.

But what limits the 'success' of second language learning or even learning in general, is the amount of paperwork that teachers have to do. I don't mind getting gazillions of periods or even marking books everyday as I have been trained to specialize in this. What I hate is the ridiculous amount of paper work that I believe is so not meant to be completed by teachers.

Exhibit A:

Teacher has already prepared a well planned 6 periods lesson in a day. Here comes third period and you have to correct a student's IC number of TESTS. Nothing major just TESTS. As the students are our stakeholders too. And it is important to 'satisfy' your stakeholder.

I'm not complaining, but I believe that teachers are well trained to EDUCATE / SHOW / EXEMPLIFY? But why often we have to do things that we would learn if we got our degrees from a SECRETARIAL COLLEGE.

Like duh. Fuh.

I bet in the future that'd be something called TA, teacher's assistant. Cause right now I feel like hiring one and most importantly he / she can deal with people who I don't consider to be important to deal with. Urgh!

ohmondieu! i have totally neglected my blog! in fact my laptop for the whole week of last week. first week of january has been so hectic!

1. doing your masters PART TIME is definitely not fun! juggling between work and studying, there isn't much time life for 'ME' time. if you know me well, you'll know that SUCKS big time. my 'ME' time usually involve MONEY (duh...), shopping malls, book shops (just to make me believe that I am spending my money 'wisely'), FOOD and MOVIES.. (i'm craving for A&W for days nowwwwww). and who say the lecturers are more 'understanding' and the projects are 'easier'.. urghhhh!!

2. so last weekend i was like, okay this weekend i shall focus on my schoolwork. you see tuesday is a public holiday here in johor (YEAY, i know!!) and I was like today will be my STUDY day. GUESS WHAT?? there's no studying at all!! i wanted to catch up with my readings so that when I enter the classes tomorrow I'd have some PRIOR KNOWLEDGE (instead of the usual, oh macam-pernah-dengar-dulu face)

3. so TODAY i was SUPPOSED to spend my time wisely by studying, but.... instead i watched MOVIES> ooohh i didn't go to the cinema as i don't have enough $$$ to afford the cinema and i don't have the time at all~ but i managed to squeeze in 3 movies today (hahaha *evil laugh*) so i finally watched AVATAR (haha.. ketinggalan i know), Ramona and Beezus & The Tourist.. it was all just OKAY movies.. nothing WOW! haha.

4. ohh I managed to spend my time at the 'library' the other day.. and i didn't actually do enough 'research' on what books to get and i have just realised that i only got 2 out of 10 books right!! urghhh.. imagine the walk that i have to make to return the books!

5. this year i really hope that i can juggle my work and study well. with all the workloads that i'm getting i really hope that i won't neglect any of it. meaning?? i should limit my 'GOSSIP TIME'. so i will sit more at my place this year (let's see how long this will last)..

6. oohhh! and the traffic has been crazy this year. we have just been switched the a one session school... i had to go out really early just to get a parking spot!

Life has definitely been hectic! and during my free time, i tend to catch up with my reading as i have bought too many books for this holiday and i need to complete it before the school starts (don't worry i don't read SMART books.. haha..)!! This would be a random entry on BRUNO MARS. haha. i know, i'm a little bit too late to be writing on my blog on how obsessed i am with him but since i am oh so addicted with his songs i have to write an entry on him!

Bruno Mars is without a doubt, the best singer of 2010. His singles are simply SUPERB. although just the way you are has already been overrated, i still love it. then i love GRENADE even more. COUNT ON ME is pretty cool too. i mean it's not GREAT for Bruno Mars, but it's still a pretty cool song. and now, i'm addicted to MARRY YOU. GLEE has also made their own version of this song. which i find to be a lot catchier. BUT i still love BRUNO MARS. he's so talented. he produces his own SONGS!!! he must be so ROMANTIC (okay tibe2 aje.. haha.)!! haha. how will he ever come out with another single that would top GRENADE and JUST THE WAY YOU ARE? hmmm...

okay the title reflects the song that i'm listening to... hence the title... oookayyyyy.... i know justin bieber is so lame but i got hooked to this song after watching grey's anatomy... i have not been updating my blog as i have been doing less 'cyber-stalking' and am spending more time on my dramas... brother&sisters, grey's anatomy, private practice & desperate housewives. i am more in love with them now more than ever. and i LOVEEE eva longoria MUCHOOOO! before this i can't decide on my favourite character in desperate housewives and this season, i have decided it is EVA LONGORIA. she's GORGEOUS and i so love love Gabriella Solis' character.

i love BLAIR WALDORF. I really do. But her wardrobe choices as LEIGHTON MEESTER, not so much. Leighton Meester wears a suit by Thom Browne at the IPF Film Awards 2010. i know that BLAIR WALDORF wouldn't wear this but I don't think she looks ridiculous at all. She looks kind of cool to me. sexy in a way. The suit fits her well.

Anyways, tiba2 I feel so menyampah with a friend of mine. Do you have friends that is so MENGADE-NGADE?? (although sometimes i admit i am too). by 'mengade-ngade' i mean, you have to ALWAYS listen to her. if not you will 'guris' her hati or to her, you are not a good friend. if she is such a 'mulia' friend it's okay. unlikely, capitalized NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! i'm just saying. okay, i can't 'ulas' more....

OK I have been watching the whole Season 2 of ROYAL PAINS yesterday. BEST! anyways, in the finale i've learn a new word! that is:

a person, especially a woman, who is meddlesome or gossipy; a busybody, gossip, blabbermouth.

oh my god!! haha. am i a YENTA MOUTH???

so as I was discussing with my friend Kay and I was trying to deny that I am a gossiper, and she said, 'TAKLA.. Kite memang suke GOSSIP!'.

But we have decided that we are a different category of GOSSIPERS... the cool ones and the not so cool ones.

a. the makcik-makcik / uncool ones. you know how in school / workplace there's this makcik2 yang sangat suka sebok2 cerita orang; bila nak kawen, sape bf, orang mane, kerja ape etc. WELL, I'm not in that category. DEFINITELY NOT! if this were fashion it would be like WAL-Mart/ K-Mart / Target (Though they have pretty stuffs). This category of gossipers would simply BLURT out EVERY SINGLE SECRETS to anyone they like.

b. the cool ones. OHH sangat GOSSIP GIRL. haha. where you're actually interested in the actual DIRT and only for INTERESTING PEOPLE. LOL. and it has got to be true. so UNCOOL if it's not true. MORE HIGH END. If this category of gossipers were to blurt it out, it would be in a classy way. Believe me. LOL.

In conclusion, I believe that I fall into category B. OMD! I am so perasan... HAHAHA.

This is one of my longest entries ever! HAHA.

Oh tonight, I'm going to make 'flan' for pot luck tomorrow. SIMPLE aje. but i hope it'll turn out to be good.

because yesterday while i was having dinner with jue, kak yati & daya... i had a terrible headache. it usually happens after i had coffee / tea... and i had ice tea at the canteen today...

okay i've just googled and only 4 out of 44 symptoms that show i have migraine... maybe i'm exaggerating... i have to rule out migraine... hahaha.. but it was so painful! my eyes feel like nak terkeluar and frontal headache! i guess i just have low caffeine tolerance.

feels like going on a holidayyyy. but i can'tttttttttt! why???? cause i have to JAGE SPM!! urghhh... dahla mine habis exactly 20th December. technic school. what to expect? which means that I might be less bored tp mesti liana bosan tengok muka i hari2.. hahaha.. okay so friends don't forget to buy me gifts from wherever you're going... okay. what did i do today? i woke up at 8.30. but i was so lazy to do house chores i stayed in my room at do my weekend cyber stalking. which is kind of boring. cause i have no idea who else should i stalk. pffftttt. anyways, i managed to get my lazy arse to get down and say good morning to the familia. after helping my mum *cough*rajinnye*cough*, my mum asked me to go out to Maslee with my dad to buy groceries. urghhh. definitely not the coolest place on earth. and since i just woke up i was so lazyyyy to take an early shower but my dad nak pegi ASAP so i simply wash my face & brush my teeth and put on yoga pants and ta-daaa! i'm ready to go. without combing my hair i simply tie it into a ponytail. it's not like i'll meet anyone. then my dad wanted to use my car, i was like okayyy... tak kesah pun pasal nak senang parking... when my dad entered my car macam biasela ade aje bende yang irritates him:

a. mine&liana's surat perlantikan pengawas spm. haha. it was put in my backseat. without any envelopes or files. haha.

b. i forgot to turn off my radio. and it was blasting!!!

then while looking for the stuffs... i met someone that i recognized. another teacher. but i think i managed to hide pretty well. LOL.

finally, after paying, we went straight to the car with a fully packed trolley.

then, when my dad opened the back of my car,... it was filled with goodie bags from my dinner!!! and my sport shoes, flip flop & sandals.

so to sum up, on the way back memang sakitla telingaaaaaaaa....

P/S: I know it's not much of an interesting story. but i've been reading my novel for quite a while that I need to do something else. that's why i wrote this entry.

Today I fancy Lauren Conrad's new style book. I've read up online reviews on the book and I might get it as I love her style. Why do I love her??

a. I love her habit of playing with her hair

b. I love how she always braids her hair during the final season of 'the hills'

c. I love how she always put on scarves on her head during the first few seasons (that's why I bought scarves to =b)

d. I love how she always look great even with plain tops

e. I love how she wears her eyeliner (though I can never get it right)

f. I love the way she talks

g. I love how she wears lots of Chanel. She even gave Heidi a Chanel bag. (The Hills is where my fond towards Chanel began. BUT, for now I can only wear Chanel's perfume and makeup only =( ).

h. I love how she gets irritated easily which makes me feel like I'm not the only person who gets irritated easily as well.

i. I love how she always wears her ray ban wayfarers beautifully.

Okay after 2 hours of afternoon nap. I'm no longer EMO. LOL. That's what me thinks.

okay. i've been watching chinta. so lame i know. but i'm totally hooked with the show cause tak pernah boring. usually many malay shows tend to have TOO MANY boring characters so i never follow them properly but CHINTA is like so different. and cepat aje the flow. tak la macam some shows yang asyik flashback and repeat the same songs. anyways, the ending is so sad!!!!!! i menanges gile la!! the emotions of the characters touch you deep. so the moral value: *sigh* i wish / pray that i can be such a patient woman. cause the best things come to those who wait. i like how rasul iman said to chinta that only god know 'apa yang tersurat dan tersirat' which is a reply to an earlier statement chinta made in the earlier episodes, 'manusia ni suka percaya pada yang tersurat dan tidak mahu memahami yang tersirat'. okay you might say what i'm saying is so LAME but i can't help it that i really liked the lines of the movie. i think from now on i should stop being judgmental towards others cause: a. i'm not much of a saint b. everyone has their own reasons for being whoever they are today.

P/S: they should have given some time for rasul iman to be with chinta. =b but then it wouldn't be that sad i guess.

okay this is so lame. i've been waiting forever to watch this movie, aisha. it's a hindi movie btw. anyways, it's supposed to be an adaptation / westernized version of 'Emma' Jane Austen's book. anyways, i've finally bought it and to my disappointment, it's supposed to be a ROMANTIC COMEDY but it fails to draw any of my emotions. and i can't stand the fact that is is TOO SIMILAR with 'clueless' which is like my all-time favourite romantic comedy. The only high point of the movie are the costumes and fashion trends. and the heroin is kinda cute... my favourite scene:

aisha : Papa, I think I'm in love.

papa : You think, or you know?

aisha : I think.

papa : Then it's 100% love.

of fun and hardships

i've had quite a memorable week! some important 'highlights' of my week.

1. i think i'd pass my spp but there were quite a number of questions where i couldn't answer them. and i actually even giggled when i couldn't answer them cause i was so NERVOUS!

2. next, preparing for the annual dinner. which was not too bad. except thinking of what to wear. luckily i wore something so simple as it was a very laid back & informal event.

3. okay sometimes it's hard to trust people. friendship troubles can be a pain in the ass as much as relationship troubles. i thought, when i start working it'll get easier. but it DOESN'T. i don't agree with many but when i reflect back, many might not be agreeing with as well. mmmm.

4. i think i did pretty okay in being the host during the dinner last night. at first i was worried that i might be too stiff but as time passed, i managed to loosen up. and so far i haven't receive any complaints. i mean people will rarely compliment on your good work but when you fail to do a good job, that's when you'll hear all the critics in the world.

5. okay i'm so tired of finding the perfect working shoes that is within my budget! *sigh*

okay i'm still tired! not in the mood to write moreeeeeeeeeeeeeeee..............................................

When you say "date night" amd he says "steak night?", he's just hungry for meat since you became a vegetarian.

When you say "I love shoes" and he says "I love you too", let it go. Sometimes listening isn't what it's cracked up to be.
